Rashid Malikovich Dzhunisov was born on February 27, 1996 in the village of Akzhar, Saryagash district, Turkestan region.
In 2013, he graduated from secondary school No. 28 named after Abylai Khan in the village of Akzhar. In the same year, he entered the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University at the Faculty of Law with a degree in jurisprudence, graduating in 2017.
In 2017, he entered the Mukhtar Auezov South Kazakhstan State University for a master’s degree in law at the Faculty of Law, specializing in jurisprudence, and in 2019 he received a master’s degree in Law from the same university.

Sabina Ermekova Zhantorekyzy is a junior researcher at the Institute of State History.
In 2012, she graduated from the Faculty of International Relations with a degree in Regional Studies from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. The topic of the thesis is “The problem of creating the Eurasian Union: idea and experience.”
In 2024, she became the holder of a general education grant and is studying for a master’s degree in Regional Studies at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. The topic of the dissertation research is “Middle power” and new geopolitical trends in international relations: on the example of Kazakhstan.
His research interests cover international relations, Kazakhstan’s foreign policy, Eurasian integration, as well as bilateral and multilateral cooperation formats in Central Asia.
Author of scientific publications on the position of Kazakhstan in the system of international relations, as well as on the position of Kazakhstan as a middle power, on the issues of bilateral cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2005, she graduated from Sarytogai Secondary School named after K.Kalybekov, entered Atyrau State University named after H.Dosmukhamedov at the Faculty of Law with a degree in jurisprudence, from which she graduated in 2009.
She started her career as a youth practitioner in the Department of Justice of the Zelenovsky district of the West Kazakhstan region. After completing her internship, she got a job in the Department of Defense of the Zelenovsky district of the West Kazakhstan region as a legal adviser, then was transferred to the position of head of the service for working with reserve officers and personnel.
From 2012 to 2014, she worked as the chief legal specialist at the Maslikhat Office of the Zelenovsky district of the West Kazakhstan region.
From 2014 to 2015, she worked as the Chief specialist of the Emergency Situations Department of the West Kazakhstan region.

From August 2015 to January 2016, she worked at the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From September 2016 to April 2025, she worked in kindergarten No. 21 “Gulder” of the Akimat of Astana.
