Yerkebulan Ruslanbekovich Amangosov — Academic Secretary.
He was born on May 3, 1987 in the Bayganinsky district of the Aktobe region. In 2008, he graduated from the Faculty of History of Aktobe State University named after K. Zhubanov, and in 2013 he completed a master’s degree in Sociology at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. A doctoral student. He started his career in 2008 as a history teacher. In 2013, he worked as a researcher at the Center for Military and Strategic Studies JSC. In 2015-2017, he held expert and senior positions at the Kogamdyk Kelisim State University under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2017-2021, he was the chief expert analyst at the Institute of Eurasian Integration, where he was engaged in the preparation and coordination of sociological research. In 2021-2023, he headed the Center for Strategy, Science and Analysis of the Y. Altynsarin National Academy of Education. Since August 2023, he has been the head of the Scientific and Information Department of the Institute of State History.
His research interests include national ideology, political institutions, nation-building, ethnopolitics, educational policy, and the methodology of sociological research.

Raziya Yertilekovna Asylgozhina is a senior researcher at the Institute of State History.
In 2003, she graduated from the Faculty of History of Semipalatinsk Shakarim State University.
In 2005, she completed a master’s degree in History at the Semipalatinsk State Pedagogical Institute.
In 2017, she received her PhD degree in Mass Media and Communications from the Eastern Mediterranean University (Northern Cyprus).
In 2023, she completed her doctoral studies in Political Science at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
In 2022, she was awarded a Letter of Thanks from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for her contribution to the preparation and conduct of the election campaign.
Research interests: gender policy, geopolitics, international relations.

Kalizhanov Nurzhau Talgatovich is a junior researcher at the Institute of State History.
He graduated from the History Faculty of the Ualikhanov State University in 2021. In 2021-2022, he taught history, sociology and political science at the University named after Sh. Ualikhanov. In 2023, he worked as an assistant to the vice-rector for Educational Work at the Abai Myrzakhmetov State University.
In 2023-2024, he taught debates at the Palace of schoolchildren in Kokshetau. In 2024-2025, he worked as a methodologist at the Al-Farabi Palace of Schoolchildren. Since 2025, he has been a junior researcher at the Institute of State History.
He conducted urban debate tournaments in Kokshetau.
